Brett Sanders, Executive Director
Mr. Sanders started his employment as a teenager in HACPFC’s Maintenance Department and is now responsible for the overall management of the agency including 20+ staff members, an annual budget of $6 million, and housing programs that serve more than 600 families. His dedication to HACPFC and its place in the community is exemplified by his careful adherence to HUD guidelines, agency policies, City Code Standards, and upstanding business practices.
Michelle Calligan, Finance Director
Ms. Calligan is responsible for the efficient and effective financial control and operation of the agency including internal control management, management information systems, grants monitoring, and procurement. She manages the daily operations of the finance department including cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger. She produces monthly and annual financial statements and prepares annual budgets for the authority’s Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8), and Affordable Apartments programs as well as the Central Office Cost Center and a property management contract.
