The Housing Authority of the City of Pasco and Franklin County (HACPFC) operates a variety of rental assistance programs serving more than 600 families, seniors, and people with disabilities.
HACPFC does not have emergency/transitional housing. HAPCFC does not offer cash rental assistance.
Public Housing Program
Public housing was established to provide decent and safe rental housing for eligible low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities.
Housing Choice Voucher Program
The Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program is a HUD funded program that allows the Housing Authority to directly subsidize the monthly rent payments for very low-income families.
Veterans Supportive Housing
These vouchers provide housing to homeless veterans who are referred by the VASH case managers. Referrals and services for these vouchers are provided by the Veterans Administration Medical Center.
Varney Court Apartments
Varney Court Apartments is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit development for agricultural workers. Please contact the Housing Authority if you are interested in applying for Housing.
